Columnar Blue Spruce or ‘Fastigiata Spruce’ (Picea pungens ‘Fastigiata’) matures at 2m (6.5’) wide by 5-6m (16-20’) tall. As there are no ‘mature’ specimens in Calgary yet that is perhaps a conservative size but they are selected for their more columnar growth habit and superior blue color so they won't mature as wide as the regular Colorado Spruce.
