A tour down to the Crowsnest for a little surveying on a friends land for a possible cabin location left me with the afternoon to explore. Curiosity about Chinook Lake needed to be satiated. Recent snow left the road icy and the gate shut at the campground so I did a little walking tour of the place. Pretty spot, a little small perhaps for kayaking, but quiet at this time of year. Many breaks in the sun, some photos, and return to setup the propane firepit in the driveway to hand out candy.
