Rawson lake is a classic snowshoe when any time and particularly good when avy conditions are high and there isn't much snow anywhere in the front country. There wasn't a lot of snow here today, relatively speaking, but decent coverage and a good well broken trail all the way to the lake. We stayed off the lake both for avy reason and unsure of the ice thickness since its been so mild. Fun day out with Jason fueled by the leftovers of Christmas past.
