Re-jigging morning of to a loop just west of Prairie mountain. Of all the various weather options this seemed the least likely to rain, and we got a really nice day with a few spits out of the parking lot and then gradually clearing after that. I've done this loop before as a snowy hike, a snowshoe, and the one leg as an exit from West Ridge of Prairie but a first green loop. The lush green and late spring flowers were the main photo subjects but I also found an ant hill to poke. Sometimes its the little things in life....
