Wooden Shoe Wash Cottonwoods (Canyonlands NP – Needles District)
A little byway, kind of a service road, and the light was just stunning on these yellow cottonwoods. I managed to get into the wash without stepping on too much cryptobiotic soil or any other critters. Not long after this the wind picked up and some clouds rolled in. No sunset tonight but I did use up my daylight dawn to dusk.
