Big push the the break, Saturday ended up being a sleepy day. So start the activity with a paddle on Upper Kananaskis Lake - a fine place to be on a calm day! Lunch at the far end and leisurely paddle of the whole lake before returning to a packed day-use area.

This is a biggish mountain lake - to get such flat water is a treat.

Later in the week hike up that valley to Aster Lake & beyond to Northover Ridge

Up the inlet as far as I can before the current is too strong
