20240121 - Mesa Butte (from horse paddocks)
Solo hike that became a snowshoe when I arrived at the trailhead and there was 6" of untracked snow. That ended after the first 500m or so (people taking a more convoluted start track it seems) but it was still a good choice for stability. Beautiful and calm at the top for tea and a snack. Good first real test of the knee post surgery.
