A Sunday hike with Shannon, up the elevation and distance a little to challenge. This turned out to be a busy trail with dogs, bikes, runners, hikers of all ages shapes and sizes. Lots of room for everyone I suppose but still surprised me at how steady it was. I've done this hike several times - the first was in total fog (pointless, I know) and having a fire lookout means a pano view. The helipad served as a picnic spot before returning. Fun day and good weekend getting back to back outings.
